Ivey Gilliland

Ivey Gilliland, has been a professional and altruistic Realtor® since 2021, with two of those years with Coldwell Banker Realty as his broker. He has a proven track record of his dedication to providing the best real estate experience possible. By conducting Seller and Buyer consultations, he can learn more about the distinct preferences and objectives of every client. Ivey then creates a successful plan by integrating these objectives and goals with his thorough understanding of the market, devotion to his clients, and his love for going above and beyond.

A native Texan from Southlake since 1969, Ivey has a wealth of information on the development and transformation of, which he shares with his clients to help them make the best decisions possible. Ivey strives to surpass expectations and establish himself as his clients' lifelong real estate advisor by being professional, truthful, and committed to integrity. Ivey began woodworking when he was 12 years old, wood scrolling and wood crafting with a band saw, and still enjoys it today as a home-based business under The Wood Wizard and Pixie Stop with his high school sweetheart and wife, Jessica. They have 5 children, all grown up and out on their own. Both he and Jessica attend Gateway Church.

Ivey also plays the 5-string bass guitar, 6-string acoustic guitar and sings 2nd Tenor/Baritone beginning in his high school and college years and still enjoys singing and playing today. In 2023, he joined the Fort Worth Scottish Pipe and Drum Band playing bass drum and is currently learning the chanter and the bagpipes.

Ivey has partnered with Sherri Murphy and The Ultimate Real Estate Group in the Southlake Regional office. Together, they have over 30 years of experience in the industry. As a team, they have worked with clients concerning short sales, mortgage lending, and managing large portfolios of properties. They have also received many referrals from their Clients For Life. In 2024, The Ultimate Real Estate Group achieved the International Diamond Society Award.

Ivey is also a certified member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), holds certifications as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and is currently acquiring his Certified Full-Service Professional (CFSP) license.
